CRM implementation

Give every customer record a dependable owner and source

A CRM implementation succeeds when each customer record has a clear source, matching rule, destination, owner and recovery process across the systems that use it.

Follow one record through every connected system

A reliable CRM integration needs a clear source, matching rule, destination, owner and recovery process.

Where CRM work commonly starts

01

CRM implementation

Configure records, stages, permissions and ownership around the work people actually need to do.

02

Cleanup and migration

Decide which source wins for each field before records are deduplicated, transformed and moved.

03

Operational integrations

Connect customer records with ecommerce, finance, service and other business systems.

04

Synchronisation and recovery

Define conflict rules, queues, monitoring, retry and the person responsible when a sync fails.

What a reliable CRM scope records

The implementation follows one customer record through every system that creates, changes or uses it.

Questions

Questions people ask us

Why do our systems hold different versions of the same customer?
Because nobody decided which system is the authority for each field. Each was right at some point, none is authoritative now, and every sync since has been resolving conflicts by whichever wrote last.
Can you connect our website, CRM and accounting system?
Yes, and that is the core of this service. What decides the effort is whether each product has a usable API and how many exceptions your rules contain, so we check both before scoping.
Which CRM should we use?
We would ask what it has to connect to before answering. Our deepest experience is HubSpot and we work with others. If you already own something that fits, the honest answer is often to configure it properly rather than replace it.
Our CRM data is a mess. Where do we start?
With the field ownership table, not the cleanup. Decide which system wins for each field, then clean, then migrate. Cleaning first means doing it twice.
Why do our reports disagree with each other?
Usually because two systems count the same thing at different moments and nobody wrote down which counts. It is a definition problem before it is a data problem, and a dashboard makes it more visible without making it less real.
How long does a CRM implementation take?
Six to twelve weeks for a straightforward one including data cleanup, which is the part that stretches. Longer if several systems connect or the existing data has never been sorted.
