Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the All Things Computers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
All Things Computers provides digital services including AI development, automation, MarTech integration, custom software development, solutions architecture, and website development. The specific scope of work is defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment. All Things Computers retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit with milestone-based payments. Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.
Limitation of Liability
All Things Computers' liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Australia.
